I began practicing yoga in 2009 and certified as a Bikram Yoga teacher in 2010. I later found the practice of yin yoga and received my yin yoga certification in 2015. I love these 2 practices and how they compliment each other. I also recieved my certification for Yoga Nidra at the California College of Ayurveda.
Bikram Yoga gets me connected to my body. Yin Yoga guides me to find peace of mind and Yoga Nidra keeps me in tune to my true nature and sense of self, the soul.
