26 and 2/Original Hot focuses on slower and less transitioning poses and remains the same consistent poses each class so that you can focus on working in, rather than breaking the meditation with constant flow or switching poses. This allows you to begin actively meditating inward, from the beginning of the class, promoting a deeper meditation and allows for more complete relaxation and feeling more fulfilled and rewarded at the end of the practice. This is a 60 min, 75 or 90 min class practiced in a room heated to approximately 104° F.

Warm Hatha Yoga Flow is a gentle 60 minutes vinyasa flow (breath to movement), in a warm room, approximately 80 degrees. Move through the basic asana (poses), practice pranayama (breath work), and explore meditation practices. All levels. Music is used to enhance the experience. You will leave feeling relaxed and connected.

Yoga Dance blends power vinyasa flow with primal movement, cardio-dance, plyometrics, and conditioning.

Movements include spiraling the spine along its axis to strengthen deep core muscles and shaking and vibration to release emotions.

Move dynamically and rhythmically to the beat of the music in this playful, all level, moderate intensity yoga class. Room is heated to appropriately 85 degrees.

Warm Candlelight Yin Nidra is a meditative practice. Infused in the longer, more passive holds, the yin style involves surrendering into poses and exploring them for longer periods of time in order to let go of tensions stored in the body and to calm the nervous system. Warm at approximately 80 degrees. Candles used are fragrance-free. All levels.

Classical Hatha Yoga offers a myriad of physical, mental, and emotional benefits tailored specifically to the male physique and mindset:

Men, often engaged in activities that promote strength and muscle development, may neglect range of motion in the joints. Yoga poses focus on lengthening muscles, leading to improved overall increased range of motion.

This class is designed for men but it does not exclude anyone! Everyone is welcome to join, but for a lot of men this is the best entry point.

This class is a remix of the Classic 26/2 sequence with added challenging poses, unique transitions and breath connections. You will link your breath to movements throughout this class, creating internal heat.

It’s a total body workout with light weights. A fun class with upbeat music, so be prepared to sweat, dance, and have fun! The optional freestyle dance portion of the class builds confidence and encourages self expression.

This practice builds strength, improves balance, increases flexibility, and detoxifies your body.

This is a 60-minute class, practiced in a room heated to 104 F with 40% humidity.

All levels.

This class works to develop your overall body’s full well being , by using ancient healers fundamental breathing techniques , mantras, set asanas and kriya’s .
